Market Summary: The market is still showing appreciation rates of over 10% with June showing 10.7% growth from May.  Homes have started to stay on the market longer, mostly due to timing as the latter half of the year is typically slower. Now for buyers this is great as it reduces competition and lessens the chance of a bidding war. If you were having trouble before getting your offer accepted, now might be a good time to think about getting back into the market.
