I've never had a dissatisfied client but if for whatever reason a client is unhappy I will do everything in my power to make it right. If I am unable to satisfy I will relieve myself from agency and recommend other experienced realtors. My top priority is making sure YOU are happy, even if that means I am no longer involved.

This really depends on the individual client and what they prefer. I love to find homes for folks but some people know what they want and look themselves. Typically its a mixture of both as I utilize my network to source "coming soon" or off market deals to streamline the buying process.
Most closings will be 30 days or less depending on the timeline set forth by both parties. I always strive for the fastest closing possible and maintain a process throughout to ensure timely delivery and review of all documents and things needed to get to the closing table.
Short answer is no you don't. We are able to do a mail closing in which you sign all pertinent documents either physically or using a digital signature. I would however love to celebrate with you after closing!
As a Realtor it would be unethical for me to give you an exact price to list at. I use relative market data to create a listing range and give you my opinion on what end of the range I would list in and why I would list at that range.
